Arystech | Blog Proofreading & Editing

Edited jargon-heavy blog articles for Arystech, a cloud and IT consulting firm. Simplified technical concepts, improved readability, and optimized each piece for SEO.

The Client

Arystech is a technology consulting firm that helps businesses unlock new opportunities through innovative cloud and enterprise IT solutions. Their mission is to empower clients with a technological edge by streamlining operations, optimizing infrastructure, and delivering measurable returns through scalable solutions.

The Challenge

The Arystech team reached out because they wanted their blog content to be more accessible, especially for readers without a technical background. While their services are strong, their content wasn’t quite hitting the mark. The goal was to simplify how they communicated their value without losing the credibility or insight behind it.

My Role

I was brought on to edit a series of client-facing blog posts that explained how Arystech’s cloud solutions support business growth. My role was to make sure their posts were easy to read, approachable, and still reflected the depth of their work. I focused on improving flow and structure, simplifying overly technical language, polishing the tone, and making the content more SEO-friendly.

The Approach

I rewrote and restructured the posts to improve readability. Long blocks of text were broken down into digestible sections. I swapped out heavy jargon for plain language and tightened up the copy to make it smoother and more engaging. Throughout, I made sure the messaging stayed true to Arystech’s brand.

The Outcome

The updated blog posts were well-received by Arystech’s internal team and stakeholders. The content felt clearer and better aligned with how they actually work. It helped them communicate their value more effectively, and left a stronger impression on both technical and non-technical audiences.
